Scalloped Heritage look, on stone-coated steel roof tiles.
Cailin Heritage is a stone-coated metal roof tile built on the Bond profile, with crisp vertical ribs and a scalloped lower edge that bring a European clay look to new builds and renovations. Each Heritage metal roof tile is pressed from galvalume (Aluzinc) steel, covered in natural stone granules and sealed with an acrylic UV glaze, so the colour holds instead of chalking. Tiles interlock and fix along the battens, keeping roof weight low while the stepped laps drain water. The roof resists fire, wind uplift, corrosion and fading with little upkeep. Choose from our stocked shades or ask for custom colours, profiles and packaging for distributors, contractors and private-label work.
The steel core sits under a mineral granule surface that will not feed a flame, so the Heritage profile keeps its fire rating on commercial buildings too.
WIND RESISTANT METAL ROOFING
Interlocking tiles fixed along the batten line spread uplift across the whole slope, so the scalloped edge stays seated on coastal and exposed sites.
LIGHTWEIGHT METAL ROOF TILES
At about one sixth of the weight of clay tile, Heritage can go straight onto an existing roof structure without new reinforcement or extra framing.
WATERPROOF METAL ROOF TILES
Each course laps the one below and the ribs channel water down the slope, leaving the underlay to handle only what wind-driven rain pushes back.
CORROSION & UV RESISTANT
Aluzinc coating, acrylic primer and ceramic granules resist salt air, acid rain and hard UV, so a Heritage roof keeps its tone instead of fading.
ENERGY EFFICIENT, LONG LIFESPAN
Stone granules slow heat passing into the roof space and the steel core keeps its strength, so the roof needs little more than an occasional wash.
FAST INTERLOCKING INSTALLATION
Preformed tiles and a straight interlock let two workers lay a normal house roof in a few days, and the low weight speeds up transport and lifting.
